White students suing their college for discrimination

I got a two year electrical degree. What I have found thru the years of being around "college" people is that they don't listen to you if you don't have a degree. I'm a pretty damn fart smeller but I was often overlooked by people with PhD's.

One such guy designed a caliper sensor for paper that used a cone of light and measured the color of the reflected light. It reads in microns. It doesn't work in a dusty environment and paper mills are dusty. It doesn't work when the measurement heads are travelling across a 30' width of paper.... but I'm the dumb one right?

It's the snobbery that kills me. They talk such a big game about diversity and when someone without a degree comes up with an idea, the write it off. .... go away child you don't need to be here with the adults. pisses me right off.
