An older lady has always been very concerned about her appearance. She's had so many facelifts and plastic surgeries that her doctor has refused to do any more. So she's in the doctor's office one day begging for another facelift and the doctor tells her about a new medical device. It is a knob that goes on the crown of her head and when you turn the knob it pulls the skin on her face taut. The doctor advises that she change her hairstyle to cover the knob and no one will be the wiser.

So about 6 weeks after the procedure she returns to the doctor's office frustrated. She says this knob worked well for the first few weeks but now she's got bags under her eyes that won't go away. The doctor asks her if she turned it more than 2 clicks a week and she admits she has turned it more than that.

The doctor clears his throat and says "madam, those bags under your eyes are your breasts".

The woman says "ohhh well that explains the goatee doesn't it?"

An expert is a person who knows more and more about less and less until he knows absolutely everything about nothing.
