A different perspective. Returning aircraft were heavily damaged in bombing raids. The Brit’s looked at the areas with damage and beefed up those areas. Then it dawned on them… the ones returning had survived being shot in those places. The places that needed reinforcement were the places airplanes that didn’t return had been shot.

I plotted all my previous realtionships and marriages on a graph. It has an "Ex" and a "Why?" axis

My wife was surprised to hear that I actually enjoyed her punishment of making me sleeping on the sofa. I said that it made me feel manly, like I was camping....... with a really angry bear somewhere close by.

My wife asked me for the 1000th time if she “looked fat in these jeans”? I said do I look like an idiot to you? Do you remember the ONE time I said yes?

And she said “Yes”

And I said “Of course you do”
