Does anyone remember a few weeks ago in LA when some homeowners caught a couple mexicans with a blow torch setting fire to houses? But the police turned them loose and didn't charge them with arson? Why would be police not charge people with arson? Because it leaves the insurance companies to say the cause of the fire was a wildfire... which would not be covered because they cancelled that type of coverage?
