I thought of something today while I was outside mixing concrete.

Why did we get DEI? Because we have females and minorities going to college go get worthless degrees. Think about it… you go to college for a degree in lesbian basket weaving and can’t find a job. The college tells you after 6 months you’ll have to start paying back your 136k in student loans so you double down and get a masters degree in multiethnic basket weaving. And still can’t find a job. So the professors at these universities came up with a plan to make sure the poor dumb cunts can find a job. They created DEI and sold it to all the HR departments.
