ATOM cleared liquidity under last swing low and grown above bullish breaker. So if price manage to stay above that zone we may expect ATOM to grow towards 6.9-7.1

Day close below that level will return Atom into choppy stage with potential re-test of ~6.3

Binance will support Cosmos (ATOM) Network Upgrade. At least that tells me that ATOM is not completely dead after more than 1000 days of downtrend 😂
