I have some on spot myself, but can't yet recommend for buying, as this chart is still within downtrend (although showing signs of slowing down) and the only thing that gives bullish vibes, is the volume on the July dip and that July 8th candle holds the price.
Referring to my feelings, most probably there will be both dip below ~0.3 and eventually XAI will bounce to ~0.4 / 0.5 at some stage, as 5 weeks dump has left some gaps. So spot accumulation on the dips make sense.
