This time Bitcoin shown stronger performance than stocks and managed to make a bullish impulse while indices were moving sideway.
Still look strong and I think we may expect more upside moves during the weekend. Right now it looks like on an edge of breakout (blue dotted line at 67222 is April 22ng swing high).

Bitcoin 1H chart with TPO indicator (with week period) shows strong level at ~66800 and ~66200. We may assume that this is a bullish consolidation range. While above the top one easy to pump higher towards Day FVG at 68-69.6k area with EQ at ~68800.

If the top level one will be lost. all depends on price reaction to lower level - it bounce price back up fast night see a fast pump. If not... we can see a wide gap on volume profile indicating absence of any real interest down till ~62900 which is ~6% from here. So that is a bearish scenario.

Bitcoin remains within Week and Month uptrend and within horizontal consolidation range on lower timeframes. Three previous weeks shown bulls domination and pushed price back above range middle (although its a pretty virtual and not so precise level). Last week closed bullish so we may expect continuation of that momentum into this week open at least. That assumes at least some hunting for stops above last week high. So Day FVG at 68-69.6k area with EQ at ~68800 remains the main target.

For the downside volatility most interesting zone is under 64.5k, but for bullish continuation those dips should be picked up fast, and BTC pumped back up before Friday.

The week ahead there is the FOMC meeting minutes at 14 UTC on May 22, and there is the potential approval of spot ETH ETF on May 23. According to Bloomberg analysts, approval odds increased to 75% lately. It 's the final deadline for some of the filings, so they should be rejected or approved, the SEC can't delay some of them anymore, and therefor if they do as spot BTC ETFs, they should approve all the request at the same time at the first final deadline.

📉 Ethereum chart review 📈

Ethereum made a monster breakout. Hard to forecast such candles, but one rule to remember, is that when they form, you got to respect the momentum. It is certainly not the best time to long, but if you hold long from lower entries, it make sense to give it a chance to grow higher.

My long already made 12:1 RR and first time I took partials was yesterday at ~3640. Just to pay myself for the patience. But with that momentum we may expect ETH to touched 2022 high at 3893 within nearest days. Or at least wipe out stops above 3735 swing high. The rest depends on SEC and ETF approval reaction on May 23rd.
