Is on Winters Embrace from 2-3 on the club stage

I don't really like this question. Let me tell you why!

The fandom has been wrongly taught to think of DJ's as single-genre noise machines. One hour of Drum & Bass followed by one hour of Hardstyle and then one hour of Basshouse. That sounds like most line ups at furdances these days. I believe this isn't what the fandom wants or needs.

As a DJ in a fandom this diverse, your music selection has to reflect that diversity. Us furries do not come together at a furcon because we all like house music. So playing one hour of it is never going to appeal to the majority of fluffs.
The saying goes "Variety is the spice of life" and so us DJ's must play songs that furries know and love in a wide variety of genres. That is what I am going to do!

I just thought it was neat to make people dance and have a good time :3

In which Venues did you play so far?
I am by far the most successful DJ my bedroom has ever seen. But other than that I have been present at a lot of furry events and conventions. Including, but not limited to:
- Wuskydance (2010)
- Furwaycon (2016, 2025)
- Nordic Fuzzcon (2019)
- Furvester (2021, 2022)
- Furry Weekend Holland (2022, 2023, 2024)
- 2Dance (2025)
- Purple Clouds (2025)

Which bands influenced you the most?
Tiësto, André Tanneberger, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Xijaro & Pitch. Their genre of music is not usually among the stuff that I play at furry events because as a DJ I am in service of my audience and I can't only play the music I personally like.

What was your most memorable performance?
Purple Clouds earlier this year was a very special one! Although not a huge audience, they were very high energy and on top of that it was a beautiful setting and atmosphere!

What can the people of Winters Embrace expect from you?
They should expect musical magic that makes the barrier between Acoustic- and Electronic music disappear.

Also, the crowd should expect to have beef with me if I don't see at least one fluffy Wall-Of-Death during my set! 🍖😡🔪

What do you expect from Winters Embrace?
A private dressing room including a cute femboy attendant, an assortment of expensive Scotch Whisky's and a bag of yellow M&M's sorted by color in Swarovski Crystal wine glasses.
If the above is not possible within budget, I'm also happy with a cold beer and a crisp high five✋🏻

What was your inspiration becoming a DJ?
I never planned to become a DJ but seeing the energy of DJs like Virtual Riot got me interested and im 2020 i randomly met a DnB DJ in a local club who started teaching me the first few things

My most memorable performance was recently in Zittau where i did a surprise b2b with my friend Tornatic

What can the people of Winters Embrace expect from you?
High energy, New and Oldschool music, New and exciting genres and hard hitting music mixed with sweet melodies

What do you expect from Winters Embrace?
All i expect/hope for is the crowd enjoying my energy and matching it

In exactly 7 days the doors to Winters Embrace are fully open! This marks the conclusion of a lot of work, thoughts and preperation and we are absolutely thrilled to share this vision with you all.

A vision of a wild party to let lose, enjoy amazing tunes and find new friends.
We are still super humbled by this dance being sold out, even if its a first year dance. And even more so, that me (Laika) and DeJay have this being the first furdance we host. Even tho we have done other, similiar events before. Luckily we have an amazing team:

Unicat, Lupi and Neo_Furdragon and the friendly Folks from Hansefur e.V. to make this all a reality. Some things might still go not as planned or have room for improvement. So I do ask everyone to keep this in mind, but we are generally in good spirits and looking forward to the whole thing shining next week!

We just delivered the Fursuit lounge items back to Eurofurence storage and with that, closed the build down of Winters Embrace... now we want to say something out of the depths of our hearts:

THANK YOU, YOU OUTRAGEOUSLY AMAZING PEOPLE!!! HOLY FUR! YOU GUYS ROCKED!!! WINTER TRULY GOT EMBRACED!

This whole thing was an experience! Stressful for us especially surely, but extremely rewarding when we saw happy faces all around. Thank you for all your patience due to the delayed entry. We needed to calm Winters excited mood and also adjust a few screws in all places to bring you the best possible experience.

But as the Lasershow started it became what we hoped. A wild party!

We will now take time to rest, upload photos and importantly, gather feedback. Even though a lot of it went well, there are things that can and will work better. We will send out a feedback form in the coming days!

Your guys enjoyment was our focus and... we plan to keep it this way!  :3

Thanks again also to all my Orgas and the helpers making all of this possible. You guys really helped us out a lot and we are absolutely humbled and grateful for every minute you gave us.

In this regard a few honorable mentions for our helper crew.

Glücksbärchie who took charge in not only taking on his shift the whole night keeping the dance safe, but also organized and adjusted the security we had!

Teddy Baarson who took on the role of main medic, who focused his time on the health and well being of all guests.

Unicat and Traceo who worked together before, during and after the dance on stage tech especially with the lights and our Winters Skull Head.

Tassy who helped building up, shot photos the whole evening, helped out when possible and even lend his paws building down, until the very last piece of equipment was stored in our Transporter.

Generally people who stayed until the very end, thank you so much. It was late and everyone wanted to go home. But you stayed!!!
