Less wallet-first screens, fewer scary signatures, clearer states, faster path to first hand.
We iterated UI/UX with unipaws (EasyLab) until it looked like poker, not a dashboard.
2) Community as the conversion engine
Discord was our casino floor + support desk.
We answered the same 4 questions daily, on purpose:
- Fairness: explain provably fair, why no server can rig the deck
- Safety: non-custodial basics, what happens to funds in each step
- Fees/chains: cheapest route, no surprises
- "How do I start": one CTA, play a session, then learn
We kept chat health strict: mods, anti-spam, pinned guides, fast replies.
3) Loops that reward playing
Zealy quests for onboarding.
Weekly tournaments + challenges + roles + rewards to create a calendar.
We used shilling where poker people live: Reddit, Bitcointalk
4) Distribution and partnerships

Our agency has no face. Just, like.. there's no public figure or voice that everyone recognizes. We're completely online and decentralized, so anytime someone speaks up, it's just an individual doing their thing, not an official "face" of the project.
Sure, we have an "owner" on paper, but honestly he's a figurehead. Great guy, but he doesn't make the real decisions and definitely doesn't want the burden of being our spokesperson. The rest of the team?
One post for another project and boom - you've got a perception mess that nobody wants to deal with.
The tricky part is that in a DAO, getting things rolling quickly is hard without a clear voice. Every communication we put out hits what I call a "character delay" - basically, people need time to figure out who's talking and whether they can trust them. It's like we have to introduce ourselves every time we announce something new. That trust doesn't come instantly, so things move at a snail's pace.
And meanwhile, without a public voice leading the charge, the project is kind of stalling. We can optimize processes, build cool platforms, or revamp the website all we want, but none of that fixes the core issue overnight. It's not a tech problem; it's a human trust problem.
Just a little ironic observation from inside this faceless DAO. Decentralization is awesome, but sometimes you really miss having someone who can grab a mic and speak for all of us. That would sure make life easier.
