Funnel 1 (main, super detailed) - Intent to first hand to retention
1) Entry: Google Search, Reddit/TwoPlusTwo threads, or paid ads (Google, X, Reddit, Meta)
2) Click to landing: we force a 10-second trust scan (on-chain, non-custodial, provably fair)
3) One CTA: Play now (docs later)
4) Friction kill: table UI first, wallet actions only when needed
5) Discord capture: we invite users for support + rewards (second CTA, not the first)
6) Discord onboarding: verify role, pinned "Start here", mods answer fast
7) Zealy quest path: connect, get ready, play 1 session, report result
8) First bet: wallet connect + signature happens in context, not on page load
9) First session: we optimize for a small win (finish a table, not "read the whitepaper")
10) Reward layer: points/roles, tournament tickets, airdrop + NFT exclusives for active players
11) Weekly calendar: tournaments, challenges, leaderboards, recaps
12) Retarget: drop-offs get pulled back by the next event (ads + Discord announcements)
Funnel 2 - LineaBuild x DeGame (The Game) import
1) Discovery inside the Linea ecosystem
2) DeGame tasks: follow, join Discord, do on-chain actions
3) Leaderboard + prizes pull volume fast
4) Hand-off: new wallets land in the same Discord + Zealy loop
Funnel 3 - Email MSFC (reactivation, not the closer)
1) Source: warm gambling SEO base (320K+) + gaming media newsletter slots
2) Email 1: event hook (tournament, airdrop, new table)
3) Email 2: trust + "how to start in minutes"
4) Email 3: deadline + prize logic
5) Deep link to play session, then Discord capture for long-term retention

1) UX and design
We drilled one thing: keep Web2 poker flow, hide Web3 friction.
Less wallet-first screens, fewer scary signatures, clearer states, faster path to first hand.
We iterated UI/UX with unipaws (EasyLab) until it looked like poker, not a dashboard.
2) Community as the conversion engine
Discord was our casino floor + support desk.
We answered the same 4 questions daily, on purpose:
- Fairness: explain provably fair, why no server can rig the deck
- Safety: non-custodial basics, what happens to funds in each step
- Fees/chains: cheapest route, no surprises
- "How do I start": one CTA, play a session, then learn
We kept chat health strict: mods, anti-spam, pinned guides, fast replies.
3) Loops that reward playing
Zealy quests for onboarding.
Weekly tournaments + challenges + roles + rewards to create a calendar.
We used shilling where poker people live: Reddit, Bitcointalk
4) Distribution and partnerships
Performance ads for intent: Google, X, Reddit, Meta.
Strategic import: LineaBuild x DeGame (The Game) to pull fresh wallets, then retain them inside Discord.
5) Email and MSFC
Email usually fails in crypto. Ours worked because we targeted gamblers, not "crypto users".
Warm gambling SEO base (320K+) + placements inside gaming media newsletters.
Short event-driven sequences (tournament, airdrop, new table) as reactivation.
Reported: OR 16%, CTR 5%, conversion 2.8%, engagement +48%, LTV +220%, retention 90%+.

From SHIBA experience, a memecoin is durable when marketing goes from culture to utility: repeatable actions on Shibarium, real apps, builder momentum - makes reasons to return.
Started as MicroMachines (MMAC) on BSC: 2,000 minted, 1,000 burned (effective supply 1,000), 10% tax (8% LP, 2% holders). Early hype spike: $0.035 to $424 (12,000x).
IDO via LIGHT: 689 BNB raised from 600 participants.
Warbots NFT collection: 2,325 items on OpenSea.

Our agency has no face. Just, like.. there's no public figure or voice that everyone recognizes. We're completely online and decentralized, so anytime someone speaks up, it's just an individual doing their thing, not an official "face" of the project.
Sure, we have an "owner" on paper, but honestly he's a figurehead. Great guy, but he doesn't make the real decisions and definitely doesn't want the burden of being our spokesperson. The rest of the team?
One post for another project and boom - you've got a perception mess that nobody wants to deal with.
The tricky part is that in a DAO, getting things rolling quickly is hard without a clear voice. Every communication we put out hits what I call a "character delay" - basically, people need time to figure out who's talking and whether they can trust them. It's like we have to introduce ourselves every time we announce something new. That trust doesn't come instantly, so things move at a snail's pace.
And meanwhile, without a public voice leading the charge, the project is kind of stalling. We can optimize processes, build cool platforms, or revamp the website all we want, but none of that fixes the core issue overnight. It's not a tech problem; it's a human trust problem.
Just a little ironic observation from inside this faceless DAO. Decentralization is awesome, but sometimes you really miss having someone who can grab a mic and speak for all of us. That would sure make life easier.

Well, they're not jumping up to be the face either. Why? Because they're all neck-deep in other projects, and in web3 everything sticks together: the moment one of us posts under this project, people instantly associate it with all our other work.

How many group chats do I need to delete before I admit what’s happening to agencies?
WNF has 48 people in the DAO. This is not our first relocation, and I’m rebuilding the website again. This time I’m doing it myself: ChatGPT Canvas for the site, Codex for the bot, and an AI agent (OpenClaw) for the rest. What used to require a copywriter, a web designer, front end, back end, a PM, sometimes even PR... is collapsing into one workflow.
Everyone knows I live in voice messages 😅
Some don’t care. Some complain. I still write insanely detailed specs, but I explain the vibe by voice: move this, place that, what it should feel like, what emotion it must trigger. Now I just dictate it to AI. It listens, implements, doesn’t argue, and doesn’t take sick days.
I pay $200 for Pro. It replaces multiple roles at once. Result: roughly 50% of my group chats are heading to Archive.
And yeah, one day someone might archive my chat too🫣 That’s the part that hits.
So what does business actually need now that AI can’t do? Taste? trust? relationships? accountability? Curious to hear your take.

Market difficulty: EZ (Basic Mode) End-of-year crypto is… weird. Like, seriously. On one hand it’s a bit of a shitshow: volatility is wild, one macro headline and everything nukes, leverage gets wiped, people flip from “to the moon” to “I’m done” in a day.…
Market difficulty: NORMAL
What “Medium” actually means right now
Volatility stays, but it turns into chop, fakeouts, slow bleed, then random bounces.
They want proof, traction, receipts.
Capital rotates to “clear winners” and safe narratives.
Every macro headline hits harder because everyone’s already on edge.
Sooo...
Leverage got too fat, so the market flushes it out.
Risk-off mood: stocks, rates, dollar, headlines.
Everyone front-ran the “obvious” bull story, so now it needs time to breathe.
Marketing in Medium mode (harder, still very playable)
Attention is not dirt cheap anymore, but it’s not bull-market priced either.
Collabs still work, but you need a cleaner offer.
Distribution and retention matter more than reach.
Community gets quieter, which is good. Less noise, more signal.
What to do if you’re a small/new project?
Tighten one clear niche and one clear promise.
Ship weekly, even if it’s boring.
Show proof: numbers, screenshots, user stories, onchain stats, revenue, whatever you’ve got.
Build: email, Discord, Telegram, X list. Rent attention less.
Spend like the boss fight is coming later.
This is Medium difficulty. It’s serious, it affects everyone, and weak setups get punished.
But it’s still a good phase to build mindshare calmly, lock in trust, and be ready when the market flips back into “easy money” mode.
Yeah, BTC slipping under the 60-70k zone feels nasty. But this is not “crypto is over”. This is the market doing what it always does between hype waves: cooling off, de-leveraging, re-pricing risk.

If you don’t know how to find your target audience, here’s a shortcut: crypto-native SMM slang.
Target profiles that use these terms- and you’ll be targeting the right people 😉
1) HODL - hold a coin long-term, ignore short-term volatility
2) WAGMI - "we're all gonna make it", community cope/conviction signal
3) NGMI - "not gonna make it", used to mock bad takes or weak hands
4) HFSP - "have fun staying poor", dismissive meme toward skeptics/no-coiners
5) Rug pull / Rugged - scam where devs abandon, liquidity vanishes, holders get nuked
6) Stacking sats - steadily accumulating satoshis (Bitcoin units)
7) DEX - decentralized exchange (non-custodial trading on-chain)
8) CEX - centralized exchange (custodial trading venue)
9) Gas fee (Gwei) - Ethereum execution fee talk, usually quoted in gwei
10) Airdrop farming - grinding on-chain activity to qualify for retroactive token drops
11) Sybil (Sybil attack) - using many wallets/identities to game rewards/airdrops
12) Liquidity pool (LP, LPing) - providing liquidity into an AMM pool for fees/rewards
13) Yield farming - moving assets across DeFi to maximize APY/rewards
14) Impermanent loss (IL) - LP underperforms simple holding after price divergence
15) TVL - total value locked, DeFi size/usage metric
16) FDV - fully diluted valuation, token valuation assuming full supply is live
17) TGE - token generation event, the token gets issued/launched
18) Depeg - stablecoin loses its intended peg (eg $1)
19) MEV (MEV bot) - profit from transaction ordering/arbitrage in blocks/mempools
20) ZK rollup / zkEVM - layer-2 scaling using zero-knowledge proofs (Ethereum context)
These keywords are used by real crypto enthusiasts across social media. If you can’t identify your crypto-oriented audience any other way, use this semantic filter.
