✅ Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using our platform and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation or reservation.
- These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including buyers and sellers.
✅ Proxy Sales Disclaimer
- Transactions conducted as “proxy sales” are carried out entirely at the users’ own risk.
- We assume no responsibility or liability, whether direct or indirect, for any loss, dispute, fraud, damage, or issue arising from proxy transactions.
✅ Service Fees
- All service fees are final and non-refundable.
- Fees are automatically deducted from the total transaction amount at the time payment is processed.
✅ Cryptocurrency & Market Volatility
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. We are not responsible for any loss or gain resulting from price fluctuations.
- All blockchain-related costs, including but not limited to gas fees, network fees, or transaction charges, are the sole responsibility of the users.
✅ Wallet Address Accuracy
- Buyers are solely responsible for providing a correct, valid, and functional wallet address.
- We shall not be held liable for any funds that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or rendered unrecoverable due to incorrect information supplied by the buyer or recipient.
✅ Seller Responsibility in Account Transactions
- The seller is fully responsible for ensuring that any account offered for sale remains accessible, functional, and consistent with the agreed terms throughout the transaction process.
- If an account becomes locked, restricted, or otherwise inaccessible during the transaction, the seller must resolve the issue unless a different written agreement was established prior to the transaction.
✅ Account Security & Post-Transaction Liability
- We implement reasonable measures to help protect accounts involved in transactions.
- However, once a transaction has been completed and funds have been released, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent pullbacks, recoveries, disputes, claims, or security issues.
✅ Pullback Testing Policy
- If a buyer initiates a recovery or pullback test (including but not limited to tests performed via Discord) on an account or original email address and such action results in a lock, restriction, or other issue, the buyer shall bear full responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the transaction.
✅ Release of Funds
- Funds held by the middleman service will only be released once both parties have explicitly confirmed that they have received exactly what was agreed upon in the transaction.
✅ Buyer Verification Responsibility
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the account or item received fully complies with the agreed terms.
- Any request for additional verification, security measures, or assistance must be made prior to confirming completion of the transaction.
✅ Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter privately and in good faith.
- If no mutual agreement can be reached, we reserve the right to intervene and issue a final decision at our sole discretion.
