We Are Change Colorado is teaming up for activism with some new friends!

The Denver Action For Julian Assange people wanted to meet, and collaborate, and share some passion. They are having an action meeting this Saturday October 23rd, at 1 pm at Hooked On Colfax coffee shop, where they will be writing emails and letters on behalf of Julian Assange, perhaps the most noble whistleblower and government secret leaker of all time.

I told them we could do the same with Johnny Hurley, and combine our forces. They are looking for some new enthusiasm and drive, so maybe we call all help each other out!

I will bring a ton of White Rose stickers, and the plan will be we can have a brief meeting to see where we are at, and then everyone can write emails or letters as they are called to do, to help both Johnny Hurley's DA investigation, AND the freeing of Julian Assange. They will also have a brief meeting of their people as well.

Hooked on Colfax is a place where we have had meetings before, they are nice folks, and basically anyone can have meetings in their basement for the costs of bringing them some business and buying a few coffees or a scone. :)

If anyone has WACC business they want to discuss, or ideas or wants to speak, they are welcome to do so. Maybe we can hear from BLove or Brent about the Johnny Hurley foundation if it works out.

I will definitely be there, with White Rose stickers galore, to meet and greet our freedom friends. Come and join me, and welcome these well intentioned people with a great cause into our community, and we can magnify our efforts, and share the load.

We host a huge party with a purpose, where attendees donate warm winter clothes and then at the follow up Give Back Action we gather again to share the clothes with those in need, outside Denver Rescue Mission.

In this video, from the first annual in 2015, you hear Johnny Hurley say, “it’s all action baby, street action” and this year will be super challenging, as it’s our first year doing these events after tragically losing our brother. Some friends of Johnny are helping start a foundation in his honor, so we’re happy to announce all profits from this year’s event will be donated to the foundation.

Johnny played a huge role in building this beautiful community. Hurley was a hero long before his fateful actions on June 21st and we will do our best to ensure no one ever forgets his passions for speaking truth, playing music, sharing love with the world and above all being brave enough to stand up to do the right thing when needed!

Breaking news: after delaying this announcement 2 months since the completion of their investigation, the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office has confirmed no charges will be filed against the Arvada Police officer who wrongfully murdered Johnny Hurley - the Hero of Olde Town Arvada Square who jumped in to action to kill the cop killer/ potential mass murderer on June 21st.

What we need from all of you: we MUST keep this story alive! We all have a voice..please share Johnny’s heroic story. If you have an alternative media platform, please help us keep this story alive by reporting on it.

Everywhere you look, the media is covering the Kyle Rittenhouse case regarding his actions last summer in Kenosha. Meanwhile, the media is completely ignoring the hero of Olde Town Arvada who neutralized a mass shooter, only to be mistaken by police as a shooter & was killed.
