• We increased for all users the quality of images you post on Waveful, and if you are Premium (also with invites Premium) you can now post images in up to 4K of quality 🌠

• For a limited time, in the Waveful Shop you can gift Superlikes packs to other users on Waveful ❤️ Merry Christmas 🎁

• A LOT of other improvements and fixes 🥰

Here’s what we worked on to give a Waveful boost to your new year:

• A post on Waveful is now officially called a ‘Wave’, to further promote our vision of a good content that gets you involved like a Wave does 🌊

• You can now share your Tsunami growth and success, just go in your Tsunami Statistics page to share a graphic of your Tsunami statistics with your friends and followers 📈

• We gave a fresh new look to the About Page to also include the Waveful Blog and FAQ Section 💌

• For seasonal or festive badges you haven’t unlocked yet, you can now add a calendar event directly from the badge so when the date arrives you will not miss it 🏅

• Videos and audios on Waveful will not stop your background music from playing 🎵

• A lot of other minor improvements and fixes. We hope that we were able to address the issue that you cared the most about, if that’s not the case just contact us so can improve your Waveful experience with every update 💙

• We completely reworked the search section of the app (to search for Accounts and Tsunamis) and now it’s much more useful and effective 🔎

• 2 new starter badges, for when you discover the wonders of Waveful 🎖️

• Your Waveful profile picture and your Tsunamis’ ones will now be decorated with a colorful background of your chosen color 🌈

• We improved the Tsunami creation flow and now: it’s even easier for new accounts to create fresh new Tsunamis and we have added a deep guide on how to create the perfect one 🌊

Let’s get straight to the news:

• A new useful button in your notifications page to filter notifications to get straight to what you need 🔔

• We completely remade the comments replies system and is now much more usable and convenient 💬

• Both your chat and your Waves’ comments section is now painted with your profile color 🌈

• Wave settings! When creating a new Wave you can now change some privacy settings at the top right of the page, before uploading your Wave ⚙️

• Instead of deleting comments under your Waves, you can now hide them from other. We think this is a new useful and practical feature for your privacy 🕶️

• We improved the chats page and included in it chats requests, instead of having them in two separate sections 📁

• And to conclude, a lot of user experience improvements, for a better Waveful built by the details 💙

Get ready, because Tsunamis are getting fun twist, welcome to Waveful 1.23.0 ⚡️

Let’s go:

- You can now start and take part in Tsunami Events ⚡️
Think of them like a fun themed challenge that the Tsunami Admins can start, and every member can take part with their creative post. When a new event is started, every Tsunami member is notified and they have up to 24 hours to create something relevant to the special theme 🌊
(NOTE: for the first week of the release Tsunami Events will be available only to a few selected Tsunami so we can ensure there are no problems, after that they will be available to every Tsunami to experiment and enjoy 🔜)

- See a comment in another language that you don’t speak? Now translation in your language is also available to comments 💬

- We fixed a lot of bugs, improved the performance of the Waveful app for some devices, and also gave a fresh new look to the Explore page, give it a check and let us know if you like it 🧭

• Who are the most generous people on Waveful? It’s now available the new Superlikes leaderboard that show the most generous people of the week, you can easily find it in the Superlikes page ❤️

• If don’t know the language an Island Challenge is written in, there is now automatic translation of Challenge themes so you can exactly know what to post in your favourite Islands 💱

• Last but not least, you will also find a lot of various improvements and bug fixes, regarding videos, audios and more 🐬

• Posting in an Island is way more easier, we have reworked the flow for creating a new post and now your favorite and most used Islands will compare first 🏝

• Missed an important Waveful notification? Now unread notifications in the notifications page are marked with a blue tag, so you can find them easily 🟦
Just refresh the page to mark them all as ‘read’.

• Another thing we made easier: finding new members in your favorite Islands! First posts of new members inside an Island will be now tagged with a special ‘New member’ message. Remember to give them all a warm welcome 💙

• The app has been translated in over 40 languages, and you can now change the app language in a setting in the Utility page 💱

• You will also find a lot of bug fixes, performance and speed improvements to boost your Waveful experience ✨
