Hello again,
During our previous infrastructure upgrade, we were made aware that it had an unintended effect on our self-hosted email system, causing system emails, and emails sent to us, to become undeliverable.

This has unfortunately resulted in the loss of one of our contact methods, which was used for the purposes of user support, content reporting, contacting our team, and delivering system emails, such as verification requests.

We would like to share all of our available contact methods that are fully functional, so that way we’re always within reach for you, whenever you may need our attention.

Note: As our email infrastructure is temporarily unavailable, email verification requests cannot be completed. WarpLight Accounts that do not have a verified email address will not be affected in any way, and we will not make any changes to our platforms or services that may require a verified email address.

Telegram:
For user support, open https://t.me/WarpLight. This contact method is the fastest, and is suggested for urgent requests.

For the latest updates regarding WarpLight platforms and services, open https://t.me/WarpLight_Direct.

Twitter:
For user support, open https://twitter.com/WarpLight_ or https://twitter.com/Atmos_by_WL and Tweet at us with our handle, or send us a direct message. Both Twitter accounts are operated by the same team.

Discord:
For user support & the latest updates regarding WarpLight platforms and services, open https://discord.gg/jwdTx67, and request assistance in the appropriate channels.

As more contact options become available to us, we will update this message with those respective options.

We’re for everyone, everywhere, and we’ll be working diligently to bring our email systems back online in the meantime. Once the necessary changes have been completed, we’ll send a one-time notification to our users.
The WarpLight Terms of Service was updated to version 18a, with a new section detailing the "GENUINE" WarpLight Account badge has been added.

Additionally, the Atmos Platform Guidelines was updated to version 13a, with a new requirement for paid endorsement disclosures. This will help protect our users from misleading advertising on the platform, as some Atmos profiles may take on the role of advertising, even though Atmos does not sell ad space in any capacity to third-parties.
