This was shared with a member who reached out and i would love to share it here with everyone too:
We would like to apologize for the fiasco and take responsibility for the breakdown that happened right on the very 1st day of the swap.
Many users whom have spent time queuing for the swap were unable to, due to the email feature prompting an attempt error. We have rectified the issue, remove the email requirement and reached out to everyone affected.
Our 1st round of swap has been completed and we are currently awaiting a 2nd round of top up. We understand that the top up has been taking awhile hence the situation has been escalated to our senior management and Tron has also stepped in to help.
We are sorry for the wait and will release more information as soon as we have them. The team has been up round the clock to help the community with their questions. Ledger holders has also been addressed.
The swap is on-going and will be done in batches in an effort to provide a fair swap for every community member. We have also reassured the community that there will be sufficient funds for all legitimate holders.
The next swap will be available as soon as possible, and we will enable multiple opportunities to swap all the way through December to get every legitimate holders covered. We hope the community can be patient while we push for the quicker handling of the funds.

TRON has become the national blockchain of the Commonwealth of Dominica 🇩🇲
TRON will be developing and issuing the Dominica Coin (DMC), a blockchain-based fan token.
This is the first time a major blockchain has partnered with a sovereign nation to develop its national blockchain infrastructure.
I'm extremely proud of being a TRONIC myself!
This union stands as inspiration and motivation for more nations to follow the path toward embracing digital innovation.
