Jane Gunn gave a wonderful presentation at the Better Way Detox Fair on Conflict Resolution.

It was fascinating looking at the way in which conflict escalates and can equally be deescalated.

We can save ourselves so much mental dis-ease by learning these key tools and applying them to various interpersonal challenges in life.

Did you know Alzheimers is Preventable?

There are four main biological drivers of Brain Cell Death. They are:

1. A lack of brain fats
2. Messed up methylation
