UFS సర్వే మాడ్యూల్‌లో Upload Proof సెక్షన్‌లో “మీరు డాక్యుమెంట్‌ను ధృవీకరించారా?” అనే కొత్త ఫీల్డ్‌ను చేర్చడం జరిగింది.

ఈ ధృవీకరణలో సర్వేయర్ తప్పనిసరిగా క్రింది అంశాలను పరిశీలించాలి:
✅ సర్టిఫికెట్‌పై ఉన్న పేరు సర్వేలో నమోదు చేసిన వ్యక్తి పేరుతో సరిపోతుందా లేదా
✅ అప్‌లోడ్ చేసిన సర్టిఫికెట్ రకం (ఉదా: కాస్ట్ సర్టిఫికేట్, ఇన్‌కమ్ సర్టిఫికేట్, రెసిడెన్స్ సర్టిఫికేట్ మొదలైనవి) సరైనదేనా లేదా
✅ సర్టిఫికేట్ స్పష్టంగా చదవగలిగేలా ఉందా (బ్లర్ కాకుండా)

➡️ పై అన్ని విషయాలు సరిగ్గా ఉన్నాయని నిర్ధారించిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే “Verified” ఎంపిక చేయాలి.
