The Viral Post-Mortem Loop
A hit you can't explain can't be repeated. Dissect every breakout with the same six fields.
1. Trigger — which share-reason fired? (identity, status, conflict...)
2. Format rung — copy, swap, invert, cross, or spawn?
3. Emotion quadrant — where did it sit?
4. Entry timing — early, mid, or late on the trend?
5. The line — the exact word or frame people quoted in comments.
6. Repeatable? — yes / no / only-once.
Input: any post above 3x your median reach. Output: a filled card filed in your format inventory.
Why: luck is a sample of one. Three filled cards reveal your account's actual edge — the pattern you keep accidentally hitting.
Run it weekly on the prior week's best and worst.

The Trend-Hijack Window SOP
Trends have a profit window, then become noise. Decide entry with a four-step gate.
1. Date it — when did the format first spike? Hours, not days, matter.
2. Saturation check — search the format. Under 50 copies, green. Over 500, the joke is the joke being everywhere.
3. Angle test — can you add your niche's specific spin, not just your logo?
4. Decay estimate — most formats are dead at 96 hours. Subtract elapsed time. Under 24h left, skip.
Input: a rising format. Output: enter / enter-fast / skip, with a reason logged.
Never chase a format you can't ship within the window.
Run it weekly, or daily during a live trend.

The Fake-Screenshot SOP
Screenshots (texts, DMs, search bars, error popups) out-share illustrated memes because they read as real. Build them clean.
□ Real chrome — the actual app's UI, correct font, correct timestamp logic.
□ One lie — exactly one fabricated element, the joke. The rest must be plausible.
□ Reading order — punch lands at the bottom of the thread, where the eye stops.
□ No watermark in-frame — kills the 'is this real?' beat that drives shares.
□ Plausible deniability — funny if real, funnier as a bit.
Input: a joke. Output: a screenshot that passes a half-second authenticity check.
Why: 'wait, is this real' is one of the strongest forward triggers there is.
Run it weekly on one format.

The 4-Beat Meme SOP
Every meme that travels hits four beats in order. Run them as a checklist before you post.
□ 1. Setup — establish the shared situation in the first frame (the 'I know this feeling' trigger).
□ 2. Tension — name the friction everyone pretends not to feel.
□ 3. Snap — the punch flips the tension in one beat. No second joke.
□ 4. Tag — caption adds a layer the image can't (the reshare reason).
QA pass: cover the caption. If the image still lands 70%, the visual carries it. Cover the image. If the caption still lands, it's a tweet, not a meme. You want both at 70%, not one at 100%.
Run it weekly on your three best-performing formats.

The Share-Trigger Audit
People don't share content. They share a reason. Audit every post against the six triggers before publishing.
□ Identity — 'this is so me' (lets them describe themselves)
□ In-group — 'only we get this' (signals belonging)
□ Status — 'I found this first' (makes the sharer look sharp)
□ Utility — 'you need to see this' (saves someone time)
□ Conflict — 'this is wrong and I'm right' (recruits allies)
□ Awe — 'how is this real' (rare, high decay)
Input: your draft. Output: a tick on at least one trigger, ideally two stacked.
Zero ticks means it's a diary entry. Two ticks is your reshare floor.
Run it weekly across your queue.
