📌 The KYC Banner Rolls Out Gradually
Starting today, the KYC entry banner is being rolled out gradually. The banner is provided to users in sequence, so the time it appears may differ from person to person. For stable operation, it will open over the course of about 3–4 days as we monitor the rollout. If your banner hasn't appeared yet, this is a normal part of the process — please wait a little.
▫️ The order makes no difference — there's no advantage or disadvantage to when your banner appears. The submission period is plenty long, so there's no need to rush.

🎯 Eligibility
▫️ Held 500 VERY as of the June 22 snapshot
▫️ Accounts suspected of abuse have been excluded
▫️ Minors are not eligible, and KYC is not available to Chinese or US nationals

🔹 How Migration Works — Please Read Carefully
▫️ VERY is NOT sent immediately after your KYC is approved or your migration request is submitted.
▫️ After the submission period ends, we'll go through a review period, and VERY will be distributed to all qualified users in a single batch before August 10.
▫️ The amount migrated is your entire VERY balance at the time of distribution — not at the time you applied. At that point, your full VERY balance is deducted in-app and transferred to your VeryWallet.
▫️ VERY is migrated only to your VeryWallet. Without a VeryWallet, you cannot submit KYC — please set one up first.

▫️ Only IDs that display your details (name, etc.) in English are accepted

🔹 Banner Rollout
About 50% of users can now see the KYC banner. Everyone should see it within this week, so no worries if it hasn't appeared yet.

🔹 "VeryWallet Required" Even Though You Have One
This was caused by a database sync issue, and it has now been resolved. Please try again.

🔹 Some IDs Rejected as "Not a Genuine Government ID"
This mostly happens when the ID is printed and/or laminated. We're fine-tuning the algorithm to handle these cases better.

🔹 Seeing "Too Many Requests"?
This means the button was tapped too many times in a short period. We've expanded the limit, but if it still happens, please close the app completely and try again in an hour or so.

🔹 배너 배포 현황
현재 약 50%의 유저에게 KYC 배너가 노출되었습니다. 이번 주 안에 모든 유저에게 노출될 예정이니, 아직 보이지 않아도 걱정하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

🔹 베리월렛이 있는데도 "베리월렛 필요"로 표시되는 경우
데이터베이스 동기화 문제로 발생한 현상이며, 현재 해결되었습니다. 다시 시도해 주세요.

🔹 일부 신분증이 "정식 정부 발급 신분증이 아님"으로 반려되는 경우
주로 신분증이 프린트되었거나 코팅(라미네이팅)된 경우에 발생합니다. 해당 케이스를 더 잘 인식하도록 알고리즘을 개선(파인튜닝)하고 있습니다.

🔹 "Too Many Requests"가 표시되는 경우
짧은 시간 안에 버튼을 너무 여러 번 누르셨다는 의미입니다. 요청 한도를 늘려두었으나, 그래도 계속 발생한다면 앱을 완전히 종료하신 뒤 1시간 정도 후에 다시 시도해 주세요.

🔄 Accidental "Defer" Has Been Reset

Many users accidentally deferred out of the 2nd KYC, so we've reset all of those deferrals in a single batch. If you were one of them, you can take part in the 2nd KYC again.

▫️ We've also strengthened the confirmation step for deferring. From now on, once you confirm a defer, it CANNOT be undone — please double-check before you confirm.

🔧 Camera Issue — Mostly Resolved

Our error logs show the camera issue has largely been cleared up. It may still happen intermittently for a small number of users.

▫️ If it does, please turn your phone completely off and back on, then try again.

📌 Already Submitted? No Further Action Needed

If you've submitted your 2nd KYC and received an in-app Admin Message, you're all done — there's nothing more you need to do.

▫️ There is NO separate migration request to submit. Your KYC submission covers it (1st KYC & Node KYC participants still needs to apply!!) .

실수로 2차 KYC를 연기 처리하신 유저가 많아, 해당 상태를 일괄 초기화했습니다. 해당되셨던 분들은 다시 2차 KYC에 참여하실 수 있습니다.

▫️ 미참여 선택 시의 확인 단계도 강화했습니다. 이제부터는 미참여를 한 번 확정하면 되돌릴 수 없으니, 확정 전에 꼭 다시 확인해 주세요.

🔧 카메라 이슈 — 대부분 해소

에러 로그 확인 결과 카메라 이슈는 대부분 해소되었습니다. 다만 일부 유저에게는 간헐적으로 발생할 수 있습니다.

▫️ 그런 경우 핸드폰 전원을 완전히 껐다가 다시 켠 후 재시도해 주세요.

📌 이미 제출하셨다면 추가 조치 없음

2차 KYC를 제출하시고 앱 내 Admin Message를 받으셨다면, 더 이상 하실 일은 없습니다.
