Jorge Acevedo arrived at the mayor's chair of Cúcuta, in Norte de Santander, concerned about the insecurity that plagues the area. In his first extraordinary security council he announced that he will work for the destruction of the trails.
“We are going to hire yellow machinery as soon as possible to strategically be able to permanently destroy the trails through which stolen cars and motorcycles pass towards Venezuela,” said the local president.
With these actions, he stressed, crimes such as forced disappearance, homicides, product smuggling and drug trafficking, which are led by armed groups and criminal gangs, can be counteracted.

Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), through its subsidiary Corporación Venezolana de Petróleo, owns the remaining 60% of the share capital.
✳️ New Stratus will make a significant capital investment to complete a reactivation program of up to 246 wells in the fields, through a six-month revolving line of credit ($65.8 million) to Vencupet, through GoldPillar.
