Carlos José Guzmán Armas, 40 years old, was arrested by security officials in the center of Puerto La Cruz, Anzoátegui state, for his alleged involvement in crimes of inciting hatred and disseminating destabilizing content, in the context of the current situation the country is experiencing.
According to the available information, the arrest occurred after the dissemination of a video published on the social network TikTok, in which the subject makes comments directed at Minister Diosdado Cabello.
In the audiovisual, the man expresses phrases such as: "Where is Diosdado Cabello? Where is he hiding? They're looking for him, he's going to be caught at any moment."
After the video circulated, the man was reportedly located and captured by security forces, who proceeded to his arrest, leaving him at the disposal of the public prosecutor's office.
