⚠️Delcy Rodríguez marks the "end" of the amnesty and announces a criminal justice reform

The national Executive installed this Thursday the National Commission in charge of the consultation and reform of the criminal justice system, with the purpose of reviewing and proposing structural changes that allow improving access, efficiency, and impartiality of the judicial system.

The installation was led by the acting president Delcy Rodríguez, who announced the formation of a multidisciplinary team that will have the task of coordinating a national consultation on the subject.

During the session, the Amnesty Law was also mentioned, highlighting that more than 8,600 people have benefited since its application.

In this way, she indicated that the excluded cases will be addressed in the commission for judicial reform and the coexistence and peace program.
