Q's
1) Do you agree to reject by all means, in accordance with the law, the line fraudulently imposed by the Paris Arbitration Award of 1899, which seeks to deprive us of our Guayana Esequiba?
2) Do you support the 1966 Geneva Agreement as the only valid legal instrument to reach a practical and satisfactory solution for Venezuela and Guyana regarding the controversy over the territory of Guayana Esequiba?
3) Do you agree with Venezuela's historical position of not recognizing the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice to resolve the territorial controversy over Guayana Esequiba?
4) Do you agree to oppose, by all legal means, Guyana's claim to unilaterally dispose of a pending sea to be delimited, illegally and in violation of international law?
5) Do you agree with the creation of the Guayana Esequiba state and the development of an accelerated plan for comprehensive care for the current and future population of that territory that includes, among others, the granting of citizenship and Venezuelan identity card, in accordance to the Geneva Agreement and international law, consequently incorporating said state on the map of Venezuelan territory?

For a comment of a follower, let's explain here what we think of today shortly and clear:
The Esequibo is by right and duty, venezuelan. No doubts.
Hugo Chávez was the one who made more difficult the dispute for our country. Why? In 2004 he visited Georgetown and had a meeting with the president Bharrat Jadgeo, whom us now VP of Guyana. In that meeting he stated that Venezuela was not going to stop any project that would help the people living in the Esequibo region. And besides, the cooperation and relations between our country and the usurpers got to the point of sending free oil though Petrocaribe.
And those projects of course, included oil exploration. And can also be interpreted to accept oil exploitation.
So is it Exxon Mobil's fault? Is it Guyana's fault? Analyzing this with a realist perspective it's not hard to conclude that Guyana is doing what they have to do. Where was people from the PSUV since 19 years ago?
And why they do it just days after María Corina Machado won the primary elections, and from the day Guyana when to The Hague in 2018?
The answer is simple:
THEY DON'T FUCKING CARE
The matter of the Esequibo is just a deterrent speech to distract the venezuelans and foreign actors that they have no people support.
If they care about the Esequibo, they would send the so-loved Sukhoi to the Esequibo River while they send a delegation to The Hague and fight. Venezuela has proof of how vicious the 1899 Paris Arbitration was (which was taught at schools before Chávez and eliminated while I was in high school, kinda curious).
So as they don't really care and this referendum has just electoral purposes, we don't support it.
Because we know that while the people of TRAITOR N°1 of Venezuela (Hugo Chávez) are still in power, our nation will never be prosperous and sovereign.
