The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured this Saturday, November 25, that the country "has not declared war on anyone" and that the only time the Venezuelan Armed Forces left was to free five other nations of the Spanish Empire.
"We must be clear that behind the aggressive, rude, insolent position of whoever governs Guyana today, are the interests of imperialism and international transnational corporations," he emphasized
