🇺🇸🇻🇪 The first plane with migrants deported from the United States arrives in Venezuela

The first group of Venezuelan migrants deported directly from the United States arrived in Caracas on Wednesday afternoon on a charter flight contracted by US immigration authorities.

The repatriated Venezuelans boarded the plane in Harlingen, Texas, where it departed around 9:37 in the morning, local time. The flight, which left for Miami to refuel, left from there to Caracas.

The plane landed at the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, at 4:26 in the afternoon, local time. The Bolivarian Intelligence Service, National Police and National Guard were waiting outside the airport.

Some deportees are wanted by Venezuelan justice.
