🇵🇾🇧🇷🇧🇴🇺🇾🇦🇷Paraguay, Brasil, Bolivia y Uruguay emitieron un comunicado conjunto lamentando la decisión de Argentina de las medidas restrictivas a la navegación en Hidrovía Paraguay-Paraná impuestas por Buenos Aires.
Estos países se refirieron a una implementación de un peaje de forma “unilateral y arbitraria” al margen del “Acuerdo de Santa Cruz y otras disposiciones reglamentarias internacionales”.

🇺🇸🇻🇪 Ramos Allup: there is a constant dialogue between the Maduro government and the US.
The opposition politician and general secretary of a faction of Democratic Action, Henry Ramos Allup, assured that the government of Nicolás Maduro maintains a constant dialogue with representatives of the United States White House.
He believes that one of the conditions that the US Government requires to lift the sanctions is that free elections be allowed in the country.
“Miraflores would look very bad if it sabotages or if it somehow prevents the opposition from holding its primary, I am able to say that the Government is interested in the opposition holding it,” he argued this Sunday, September 10, in an interview with Venevisión.

⚠️ The Peruvian National Police (PNP) arrested three individuals, and according to the Public Ministry, messages were found indicating the sale of approximately 20 babies with unknown whereabouts, as reported by the local newspaper Perú21.
🗣 "These chats were found where it was mentioned that they had newborn babies and gave them the appellations of 'machitos' for the boys and 'hembritas' for the girls," detailed Prosecutor Paulo Rivera Quispe, responsible for the Human Trafficking Prosecution.
Offering to Pachamama, as it is known in certain regions of Peru, is an ancient custom in which rural communities symbolically give back to the earth what they have taken from it. The offering typically includes coca leaves, corn, sweets, and other products.

The president of China, Xi Jinping, met this Wednesday afternoon in Beijing with his Venezuelan counterpart, Nicolás Maduro, who has a 5-day official visit to the Asian country.
According to the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, several "binational cooperation" documents have been signed in areas such as the Belt and Road, economy and trade, education, tourism, science and technology, health, the sector aerospace, civil aviation, among others.
"China is willing to work together with Venezuela to support each other in finding the development path suitable for respective national conditions. China will support Venezuela in building special economic zones and sharing experiences in this regard
