⚡️🇺🇸🇬🇧🇻🇪 The U.K has reportedly suspended ALL intelligence sharing with the United States regarding suspected drug-trafficking vessels in the Caribbean, and anything else within the Caribbean Sea.
According to reports released on 11 November, 2025. The decision, first reported by CNN, stems from concerns within the British government that continued sharing of maritime surveillance data could make the UK "complicit" in U.S. military kinetic strikes conducted in the region under President Trump's ongoing counter-narcotics campaign.

U.K defense and intelligence officials cited the recent U.S War Department-led operations in the eastern Pacific and Caribbean, where several vessels linked allegedly to
"Designated Terrorist Organizations" were destroyed by U.S. forces, resulting in multiple fatalities.

UK officials reportedly sought assurances that future intelligence would be used for law enforcement interdictions rather than lethal actions, but such guarantees were not provided by the U.S.

The suspension primarily affects Royal Navy and GCHQ intelligence feeds transmitted through Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATF-S), currently headquartered in Key West, Florida, which coordinates U.S. and allied nations in counter-narcotics missions. Some sources suggest the U.K. will continue limited coordination on humanitarian maritime safety and search-and-rescue operations but will pause actionable intelligence transfers on suspected smuggling vessels until a new bilateral framework is agreed upon.

The U.S. Department of War has yet to comment on the reported pause, though American officials have privately described it as a temporary diplomatic disagreement that is *allegedly* unlikely to disrupt broader U.S-U.K defense cooperation.

🇺🇸🇸🇻 HRW holds the U.S. and El Salvador responsible for torture and forced disappearances of Venezuelans sent to CECOT

A joint report by Human Rights Watch (HRW) and the Salvadoran organization Cristosal revealed that 252 Venezuelan citizens deported by the United States to El Salvador between March and April of this year were victims of torture, sexual violence, forced disappearance, and inhumane detention conditions at the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), the mega-prison built by Nayib Bukele's government.

The document, titled “They Arrived in Hell,” denounces that the abuses committed against Venezuelans, Colombians, Salvadorians and many others were not isolated incidents but part of a systematic practice of human rights violations, tolerated — and funded — by both governments. “The Trump administration paid El Salvador millions of dollars to arbitrarily detain Venezuelans as well other latina amiercan people who were then subjected almost daily to brutal beatings by Salvadoran security forces,” said Juanita Goebertus, director of HRW’s Americas Division.
