A nervous breakdown, which caused brain damage, is part of the consequences of the arrest of Lauriannys Valentina Cedeño Farías, 17 years old, after being detained on August 14 for sending a WhatsApp message against the results of the July 28 process announced by the National Electoral Council (CNE).
