Former Colombian President Iván Duque denounced that the regime's TSJ plans to declare the July 28 elections VOID
This decision would be based on an alleged "cyber attack" that would have corrupted electoral data. The TSJ would have ordered the CNE to provide all technical information related to the attack, thus justifying the annulment of the elections.
Duque suggests that this strategy is supported by Petro, who would propose repeating the elections, with the support of Mexico and Brazil.
The TSJ, after consulting with companies specialized in cybersecurity, would argue that the data was corrupted by the attack, thus exempting the CNE from responsibility and ordering new elections in December 2024.
This would allow Chavismo to reorganize and guarantee its "triumph", validating one of the worst frauds in the history of the region.
It is basically a strategy of Petro, AMLO and Lula to avoid "a bloodbath", freeze the situation and finally favor Chavismo

The victim was identified as Mayauri Coromoto Silva Vilma, 49 years old, she was a social leader of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in the Julia sector.

In the aforementioned statement, the alleged commission of the crimes of Usurpation of Functions, Dissemination of False Information to Cause Unrest, Incitement to Disobedience of the Laws, Incitement to Insurrection, Association to Commit Crimes, and Conspiracy is evident.
