@CherryHB please post often. Your conclusions reinforce my convictions. Admittedly, I come to mine more intuitively but with decades of experience and Sophistication about the stock marke.

@CherryHB Good layout and helpful info; The only thing I'd say is to make sure your numbers are adjusted for the 1.5M+ shares issued to WAGZ. The new outstanding share count is close to 6M and, of course, all metrics have to be recalibrated based on the new outstanding share count. And when considering Price to Book, the purchase price for WAGZ according to GAAP accounting rules will be added to the existing SGMA's stockholders' equity (pre-merger book value) to bring the denominator up to date for calculating the post-merger P/B.
좋은 레이아웃과 유용한 정보; 제가 말씀드리고 싶은 것은 WAGZ에 발행된 150만 주 이상의 주식에 대한 당신의 수량을 조정하라는 것입니다. 신규 유통주식수가 600만주에 육박하고, 당연히 신규 유통주식수를 기준으로 모든 지표를 다시 보정해야 합니다. 그리고 Price to Book을 고려할 때 GAAP 회계 규칙에 따른 WAGZ의 매입가격은 합병 후 P/B를 계산하기 위한 분모를 최신 상태로 유지하기 위해 기존 SGMA의 주주 지분(합병 전 장부가액)에 추가될 것입니다.
