I believe that one of the main conclusions from our conversation today should be the conclusion that there cannot be any "defense taboos" in security assistance to Ukraine. Every artificial defense restriction for Ukraine is just another terrorist opportunity for the Russian Federation. And it is absolutely fair to provide our soldiers with everything necessary to protect the most important thing - life.

I had a phone talk with President of the European Council Charles Michel. I spoke about the tragic consequences of another missile and drone attack at Ukrainian cities, killing civilians, including children.
We discussed in detail the situation around the ban on the import of Ukrainian agricultural products by some neighboring states. The artificial and illegal restriction of trade with the EU is hitting Ukraine, resisting Russian aggression, both economically and politically.
I am convinced that in the conditions of war with Russia, Ukraine as a candidate country and the European Union should always adhere to the provisions of the Association Agreement and the rules and regulations of the EU Single Market.

На Дніпропетровщині внаслідок сьогоднішнього ракетного удару загинули дві українки. Мати і донька. Ольга – 1992 рік народження, і Вероніка – 2020 рік народження… Ще й трьох років цій дитині не виповнилось! Вічна пам’ять… Співчуття родині, співчуття близьким…
Сьогодні нашим Повітряним силам вдалося збити більшість російських ракет – 21 із 23. Якби не це – державі-терористу вдалося б забрати значно більше життів. І це знов доводить, що зупинити терор і врятувати людей можна лише зброєю.

Днями підписав нові укази про відзначення нагородами наших захисників, наших героїв. Ще майже 450 воїнів Збройних Сил України: сухопутних військ, десантників, Повітряних сил, тероборони. І ще понад 300 з Національної гвардії, нашої поліції, ДСНС, прикордонників.
Загалом за час повномасштабної війни вже 45 038 українців і українок відзначені державними нагородами. І це свідчення надзвичайного щоденного героїзму наших людей. Усіх, хто воює заради України, усіх, хто працює заради нашої перемоги.

Recently, I signed new decrees awarding our defenders, our heroes. Almost 450 more soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ground Forces, paratroopers, Air Force, territorial defense, and over 300 more – from the National Guard, our police, State Emergency Service, and our border guards.
In total, during the full-scale war, 45,038 Ukrainian men and women were awarded state awards. And it is evidence of the extraordinary daily heroism of our people. All those who fight for the sake of Ukraine, all those who work for our victory.
Glory to all who are in battle for our country, at combat posts! Glory to all who train our soldiers! Glory to everyone who treats and rehabilitates after injuries, who rebuilds life after Russian shelling and occupation. Who returns our people from Russian captivity.
