Наша держава цінує лідерську позицію Великої Британії щодо оборонної підтримки. Важливо, щоб Україна отримала військові літаки західного зразка, а також різні види озброєнь, необхідні для протистояння російському агресору. Закликаю Велику Британію взяти лідерство у формуванні повітряної коаліції для України.

Our country appreciates the UK's leadership in defense support. It is important for Ukraine to receive Western-type military aircraft and various types of weapons necessary to counter the Russian aggressor. I call on the UK to take the lead in forming an air coalition for Ukraine.

Українці ніколи не здадуть своєї країни ворогу і ніколи не полишать своєї землі. Хоч сотні наших сіл і десятки міст спалені ударами російської артилерії та авіації, українці здатні повернути їх до життя. Не у звичці нашого народу залишати на своїй землі рани, що не загоїлися.

Ukrainians will never give up their country to the enemy and will never leave their land. Even though hundreds of our villages and dozens of cities have been burned by Russian artillery and air strikes, Ukrainians are able to bring them back to life. It is not in the habit of our people to leave unhealed wounds on their land.

Сьогодні є важливий політичний результат у Страсбурзі – на сесії ПАРЄ. Ухвалено резолюцію, якою визначається, що депортація Росією українських дітей містить ознаки геноциду. Якщо говорити практично, це рішення суттєво допоможе нашій глобальній роботі з притягнення Росії та її посадовців, включно з керівником держави-терориста, до відповідальності саме за геноцид, геноцидну політику проти України.
Депортація українських дітей – це один із цілком продуманих елементів намагання Росії стерти ідентичність нашого народу, знищити саму сутність українців. Це свідомий злочин геноциду, вчинений російськими посадовцями, – саме так це має кваліфікуватися і політично, і юридично.
Сьогодні перша леді України зверталась до ПАРЄ – саме щодо дітей, сімей. Наші парламентарі й дипломати добре попрацювали. І на всіх рівнях – формальних і неформальних, з лідерами держав, на парламентському, урядовому, правоохоронному рівнях, в юридичній спільноті та у міжнародних і міжпарламентських організаціях – ми продовжимо працювати для повернення всіх депортованих українських дітей та для покарання Росії.

Today, there was an important political result in Strasbourg at the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. A resolution was adopted recognizing that Russia's deportation of Ukrainian children has evidence of genocide. Practically speaking, this decision will significantly help our global efforts to bring Russia and its officials, including the head of the terrorist state, to justice for genocide and genocidal policies against Ukraine.
The deportation of Ukrainian children is one of the fully premeditated elements of Russia's attempt to erase the identity of our people, to destroy the very essence of Ukrainians. This is a deliberate crime of genocide committed by Russian officials. This is how it should be qualified both politically and legally.
Today, the First Lady of Ukraine addressed PACE – specifically on the issue of children and families... Our parliamentarians and our diplomats have done a good job. And at all levels – formal and informal, with leaders of states, at the parliamentary, governmental, law enforcement levels, in the legal community and in international and inter-parliamentary organizations – we will keep working for the return of all deported Ukrainian children and for the punishment of Russia.

Цієї ночі ворог знову атакував Україну ракетами та БПЛА. Мішені терористів – мирні люди та об’єкти. Унаслідок ракетного удару по Умані пошкоджено близько 10 багатоквартирних будинки. В одному з них знищено цілий під’їзд. Під завалами залишаються люди. На жаль, є постраждалі та загиблі, серед них дитина. У Дніпрі обстріл терористів забрав життя дитини. Мої співчуття всім, хто втратив своїх рідних і близьких через російський терор.
Дякую нашим Повітряним силам, нашим зенітникам, усім, хто допомагає долати наслідки ворожих атак, усім, хто захищає наших людей.
Цей російський терор має отримати справедливу відповідь від України та світу. І отримає. Кожна така атака, кожне зло проти нашої країни і людей наближає державу-терориста лише до провалу й покарання, а не навпаки, як вони думають. Ми не забудемо жоден злочин, не дамо жодному окупанту уникнути відповідальності.

Last night the enemy attacked Ukraine again with missiles and UAVs. Terrorists targeted civilians and objects. A rocket attack on Uman damaged about 10 apartment buildings. The entire block of one of them was destroyed. People are still trapped under the rubble. Unfortunately, there are casualties, including a child. In Dnipro, terrorists' shelling claimed the life of a child. My condolences to everyone who lost their loved ones because of the Russian terror!
I am grateful to our Air Forces, our anti-aircraft gunners, everyone who helps overcome the consequences of enemy attacks, everyone who protects our people.
This Russian terror must face a fair response from Ukraine and the world. And it will. Every such attack, every evil act against our country and people brings the terrorist state closer to failure and punishment, not vice versa, as they think. We will not forget any crime, we will not let any invader avoid responsibility.
Дякую нашим Повітряним силам, нашим зенітникам, усім, хто допомагає долати наслідки ворожих атак, усім, хто захищає наших людей.
Цей російський терор має отримати справедливу відповідь від України та світу. І отримає. Кожна така атака, кожне зло проти нашої країни і людей наближає державу-терориста лише до провалу й покарання, а не навпаки, як вони думають.
