When the correct answer is treaded as only B, it only focuses on one realm only that of pronouncing of judgments as then judge has the supreme authority, which has to be respected by the lawyer. Meaning communication is firm here.
However, during regular court proceedings, the lawyers and judges communicate in many different ways - cross questioning during arguments stage, lawyers being amicus curiae for court - they assist judges : lawyers act in an open ended interaction instead of purely firm. Further, court rooms also offer some light conversations between judges and lawyers during normal day to day hearings like judges praising lawyers' work, encouraging young lawyers, giving special considerations to senior lawyers etc.

On the other hand, Registrars have very defined roles, which they have to do under direction of Vice Chancellor itself. Thus, VC and Registrar's major conversation is mostly written and firm. Further, it is as per the Acts/Rules of senate making it highly firm. This is correctly shown in UGC's Handbook for Vice Chancellors' ( Page No 84) and NLU Nagpur's description of role of Registrar.

So, it meant that it invariably created fears in previous waves as the statement had not specifically excluded any such wave from the creation of such fears but rather it gave two examples of such waves like email and voice menus by mentioning those included in such previous waves.
The approach of just eliminating harsh words should not work in comprehension passages as they need to be strictly based on content of passage rather than on knowledge of the world.

They can be maneuvered by allowing variety of food options in the resort once the resort opens up. This will not have any impact on size of resort or physical infrastructural facilities to be provided in resort or deciding exact location etc.
