I don't know if this is true but it sure will wake you up. The illuminati has decks of playing cards that are a perfect match as to what their plan is and the end times. Do a search on The illuminati cards 2021. I started watching that video last night. They were made i think in 1997 and they showed some of the cards and explained them and they are of things that happened in later years. Go look it up and you will definitely be awake if you are not already.

I came across a very interesting article from May 2013 with the heading "New Rule Allows U.S. Military to Act without President’s Authorization"

Someone named -anon a mouse- gives their interpretation of this new rule and goes on to say "What the military has done here is set up a countervailing power to be used in the event it is impossible for the president to act --- if for example he were incapable of acting because he was under military detention or declared mentally incompetent by a military doctor."
Keeping in mind that this is from 8 years ago, it's very interesting that the anon is discussing a situation where the President be declared mentally incompetent by a doctor since there's been so much talk about that regarding Biden. Usually though, when I have heard this, the theory is that he'd be declared incompetent by the Dems in order to seat Harris as the President. But what if the plan is actually to use this rule to declare Biden incompetent by a military doctor and legally put the military in control. Does anyone know what rule this article is referencing and whether it is legitimate? Anyone have some insight into whether this could be what's going to happen as Biden continues to show his incompetency?🤔
