رییس اداره ورزش و جوانان میاندوآب روز دوشنبه در حاشیه این آیین تجلیل از این شطرنج‌باز میاندوآبی اظهار داشت:

"عرشیا علاقمند" نونهال آینده دار و نابغه شطرنج آذربایجان‌غربی طی پنج ماه گذشته موفق به کسب هشت مدال طلا، چهار مدال نقره و سه مدال برنز در مسابقات بین‌المللی مجازی "یونیتی کاپ" شده است.

رضا زرندی افزود: در این مسابقات بیش از ‌هزار بازیکن و صدها استاد بزرگ بین‌المللی روزهای یکشنبه در بستر سایت جهانی Lichess با فرمت برق آسا به رقابت میپردازند.
 
وی اضافه کرد: این شطرنج‌باز جوان و آینده‌دار نیز با همت و عملکردی درخور تحسین، از خرداد ماه تاکنون توانسته با کسب نتایج درخشان در برابر حریفان قَدَر خود هشت مدال طلا، هفت مدال نقره و برنز را در رده‌های سنی و محدوده ریتینگ خود به دست آورد.

به گزارش ایرنا، این نونهال خوش‌فکر و آینده‌دار در حال حاضر قهرمان رده سنی زیر ۱۰ سال آذربایجان‌غربی و کشور بوده و در مسابقات مختلف کشوری، استانی و منطقه‌ای در سال‌های اخیر نتایج و مقام‌های بسیار خوبی کسب کرده‌ است.
