In Kryvyi Rih, search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of yesterday's Russian attack on the shopping center. The fire, which covered an area of 9,000 square meters, has been extinguished. Specialists from the State Emergency Service are clearing debris and continuing the search for people. Rescue workers from seven regions, as well as canine units, are involved in the operation. Unfortunately, we now know of 16 fatalities and 130 injured, including 23 children. My condolences to all the families and loved ones.

Throughout the evening and night, there were also missile and drone attacks. In Kyiv, ballistic missile strikes damaged railway infrastructure. One person was killed, and another was injured. In Zaporizhzhia, a brutal attack by an FPV drone targeted a city bus, injuring three people. The areas of Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Kherson, Chernihiv, and Mykolaiv were also under fire. Residential buildings, energy infrastructure, railway infrastructure, and civilian enterprises were damaged.

Every day that Ukraine lacks air defense is a day that results in casualties that could have been avoided. Protecting lives requires daily decisions and concrete support from the world, and right now, new supplies of ballistic missile interceptors and other missiles can make a difference. Thank you to everyone who is helping our people and supporting Ukraine with real action.

President Zelensky.

After the recent attacks on Shopping centres in Ukraine, French President Macron has agreed to send missile interceptors to assist Ukraine.
France on Saturday promised to deliver new interceptor missiles to Ukraine amid a surge in Russian strikes that have pushed civilian deaths in the four-and-a-half-year war to their highest since the first months of Moscow’s invasion.
At least 13 people were killed in strikes overnight and through Saturday – seven in Ukraine, four in Russia and two in Russia-annexed Crimea.
The latest deadly attacks come as rescuers in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rig were sifting through the rubble of a part-destroyed shopping centre, where 16 were killed a day earlier in a Russian drone attack.
Ukraine’s allies in the Coalition of the Willing – an initiative led by France and Britain β€“ will meet on Monday to look at how to ramp up pressure on Moscow to halt its invasion.
