Yayasan Axiata bakal menganjurkan University Leadership Development Programme (ULDP) bagi kohort ke-14. Objektif utama program kepimpinan ini adalah untuk membentuk dan memajukan bakat muda Malaysia khususnya golongan pelajar di peringkat universiti ke arah menjadi pemimpin negara pada masa depan. Perincian program adalah seperti ketetapan yang dinyatakan dibawah:
