This competition is an initiative to align well with the ‘World Mental Health Day’ celebrated on 10 October, an international day celebrated for global mental health education, awareness, and advocacy against social stigma 💜

- Eligibility: Open to ALL UTB students (individuals or groups (max 4 members per group)).
- Deadline: Monday, 20 October 2025, at 4:30 PM.
- SAP will be signed for participation.

Follow these simple steps to enter:

2. Design & Print : Create your original, theme-based poster and print it in A3 size .
3. Prepare for Submission : Place the hardcopy in an envelope clearly labeled with your Name(s), Roll Number(s), and Course.
4. Submit : Drop off your envelope at the MPP Office.

- Originality: Only one entry per participant/group. All work must be original and related to one of the 10 themes.

Under the theme “Every Story is Unique, Every Journey Matters,” this talk features Puan Hajah Aminah binti Haji Momin (Brunei Breast Cancer Support Group) and Dayang Siti Faizahanisah binti Awang Mahani, both breast cancer survivors.
They will share their experiences, discuss symptoms, early detection, and treatment, and promote awareness through an engaging talk and Q&A to encourage proactive health among UTB staff and students.
