كرّمت اليونيفيل اليوم الرقيب الأول فلوريان مونتوريو، جندي حفظ السلام الذي وافته المنية أمس في حادث مأساوي أثناء تأدية واجبه في الغندورية، جنوب لبنان.

وقد فتحت اليونيفيل تحقيقاً، ودعت حكومة لبنان إلى الشروع سريعاً في تحقيقها الخاص لتحديد هوية مرتكبي الجرائم المرتكبة ضد جنود حفظ السلام العاملين من أجل السلام ومحاسبتهم.

UNIFIL statement on the death of 2nd peacekeeper from Ghanduriyah incident (22 April 2026)
 
One of the two severely injured French peacekeepers in an incident in South Lebanon on 18 April unfortunately passed away at a hospital in Paris this morning.
 
A specialist dog handler, Corporal Anicet Girardin, 31, was seriously wounded when his explosive ordnance disposal team, operating under UNIFIL’s French contingent, came under fire while clearing a road in Ghanduriyah to re‑establish access to isolated UNIFIL positions.
 
A third peacekeeper, who was also seriously injured, was among those repatriated to Paris yesterday and remains under medical care. A fourth peacekeeper, who sustained minor injuries, has been discharged from hospital and has returned to his base in Dayr Kifa.
 
As the family and friends of Corporal Girardin mourn his loss, we extend our most sincere condolences on this unfortunate and avoidable tragedy.
 
UNIFIL has launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident, while encouraging the Government of Lebanon to swiftly conclude their own investigation to identify and hold the perpetrators accountable for the crimes committed against peacekeepers.
 
We once again remind all actors of their obligations under international law to ensure the safety and security of UN personnel and property at all times. Deliberate attacks on peacekeepers are grave violations of international humanitarian law and of Security Council Resolution 1701, and may amount to war crimes.

تصريح صحفي لليونيفيل حول وفاة جندي حفظ سلام ثانٍ في حادث الغندورية (22 نيسان 2026)

توفي صباح اليوم في أحد مستشفيات باريس أحد جنديي حفظ السلام الفرنسيين اللذين أصيبا بجروح بالغة في حادث وقع في جنوب لبنان في 18 نيسان.

العريف أنيسيت جيراردان، 31 عاماً، وهو متخصص في التعامل مع الكلاب البوليسية، أصيب بجروح خطيرة عندما تعرّض فريقه المتخصص في إزالة المتفجرات، التابع للكتيبة الفرنسية في اليونيفيل، لإطلاق نار من أسلحة خفيفة من جهات غير حكومية أثناء قيامه بتطهير طريق في الغندورية لإعادة فتح الطرق المؤدية إلى مواقع اليونيفيل المعزولة.

وكان من بين الذين تم نقلهم إلى باريس أمس جندي حفظ سلام ثالث، أصيب هو الآخر بجروح خطيرة، ولا يزال يتلقى العلاج. وهناك جندي حفظ سلام رابع، أصيب بجروح طفيفة، وقد غادر المستشفى وعاد إلى قاعدته في دير كيفا.

وبينما تنعى عائلة وأصدقاء العريف جيراردان فقيدهم، نتقدم بأحر التعازي في هذه المأساة المؤسفة التي كان بالإمكان تجنبها.

باشرت اليونيفيل تحقيقاً لتحديد ملابسات هذا الحادث المأساوي، وحثّت حكومة لبنان على الإسراع في إتمام تحقيقها الخاص لتحديد هوية مرتكبي الجرائم المرتكبة ضد قوات حفظ السلام ومحاسبتهم.

ونُذكّر جميع الأطراف مجدداً بالتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي لضمان سلامة وأمن موظفي الأمم المتحدة وممتلكاتها في جميع الأوقات. إن الاعتداءات المتعمدة على قوات حفظ السلام تُعد انتهاكات جسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني ولقرار مجلس الأمن 1701، وقد ترقى إلى جرائم حرب.

UNIFIL statement on the passing of an Indonesian peacekeeper injured last month (24 April 2026)
 
UNIFIL deplores the passing today of Corporal Rico Pramudia, who was critically injured following a projectile explosion in his base in Adchit Al Qusayr on the night of 29 March.
 
Corporal Pramudia, 31, tragically succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Beirut.
 
UNIFIL extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Corporal Pramudia as well as the Indonesian Army and the Government and people of the Republic of Indonesia for this tragic and irreparable loss.
 
We demand from all actors that they uphold their obligations under international law and ensure the safety and security of UN personnel and property at all times. تصريح صحفي لليونيفيل حول وفاة جندي حفظ سلام إندونيسي أصيب الشهر الماضي (24 نيسان 2026)

تعرب اليونيفيل عن بالغ أسفها لوفاة العريف ريكو براموديا اليوم، الذي أصيب بجروح خطيرة إثر انفجار مقذوف في قاعدته في عدشيت القصير ليلة 29 آذار.

وقد فارق العريف براموديا، البالغ من العمر 31 عاماً، الحياة متأثراً بجراحه في أحد مستشفيات بيروت.

تتقدم اليونيفيل بأحر التعازي إلى عائلة وأصدقاء العريف براموديا، وإلى الجيش الإندونيسي، وحكومة وشعب جمهورية إندونيسيا، في هذا المصاب الأليم والجلل.

ونطالب جميع الأطراف بالوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي، وضمان سلامة وأمن أفراد الأمم المتحدة وممتلكاتها في جميع الأوقات. إن الهجمات المتعمدة على قوات حفظ السلام تُعد انتهاكات جسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني، ولقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي 1701، وقد ترقى إلى جرائم حرب.
