Fauci has made a big deal about NIH pausing gain of function research in 2014. However, this research was resumed in 2017. Don't believe me? Here's the link to NIH's own press release.

What's interesting is that when the GOF research resumed in 2017, it was limited to two virus families: coronavirus and influenza.

SARS‑CoV‑2 coronavirus stirred the 2019 pandemic and now bird flu is rearing its ugly head. I am sure this is just a coincidence.

A recent federal court ruling impacts 43 North Carolina schools on Title IX changes.
Under Biden’s Education Department directive (https://link.sbstck.com/redirect/82d0e463-a933-436b-9e7b-d52a1b55aa36?j=eyJ1IjoiazNhNTgifQ.wnaKAQWfN7_151Kcy3AljnrKXT9AV80F36yyoQpNHYE), male students may participate in girls’ sports and utilize female facilities. Girls and women nationwide were exposed to men in bathrooms, sports teams, locker rooms, and housing because of the redefinition of sex in civil rights law by the Biden administration.
The rules applied to more than just colleges. They applied to federally funded schools, including public schools, programs, and daycares, and made using “preferred” pronouns mandatory.
The injunction applies to Alaska, Kansas, Utah, and Wyoming, the states that collectively opposed the policy. Members of three conservative groups, Moms for Liberty, Young America’s Foundation, and Female Athletes United, are also subject to the ruling.
In the judge’s argument, they claimed that the rule infringes upon free speech and religious freedom rights.
The judge brought up cases where male students took advantage of the policy to gain access to girls’ bathrooms.
U.S. District Judge John Broomes wrote this in his decision (https://link.sbstck.com/redirect/09e2690c-9a18-4d3f-995d-52fd6e66e4ca?j=eyJ1IjoiazNhNTgifQ.wnaKAQWfN7_151Kcy3AljnrKXT9AV80F36yyoQpNHYE):
“It is not hard to imagine that, under the Final Rule, an industrious older teenage boy may simply claim to identify as female to gain access to the girls’ showers, dressing rooms, or locker rooms, so that he can observe female peers disrobe and shower.”
North Carolina's Democratic governor Roy Cooper and Attorney General Josh Stein support males having access to girls' sports and bathrooms.
The state is not involved in any of these lawsuits. The new rules (https://link.sbstck.com/redirect/7e35942d-d754-4bde-903e-6fda700972e0?j=eyJ1IjoiazNhNTgifQ.wnaKAQWfN7_151Kcy3AljnrKXT9AV80F36yyoQpNHYE)will go into effect during the new school year.
