Hmm, wait a minute... Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 prohibits the Army from being involved in domestic law enforcement. Are they calling this a training exercise gone wrong because they got caught in an illegal operation? And why train for an op you aren't legally allowed to engage in anyway? There's no circumstance where active Army personnel can put their hands on US citizens on US soil, so how would such a training op get approved to operate in the SAME HOTEL where regular guests were actively staying?
