Government has a monopoly on the legitimate use of force. Our rogue government used that power for evil when it framed #GenFlynn to keep him out of a position where he could help #POTUS, and subsequently planned soft coup after soft coup to take him down, including the events of J6... and then used the full power of government to ENTRAP and then prosecute those they swore to serve. Over 4,000 out of 14,000 agents working to help complete the framing and prosecution of citizens.

I voted for Trump again in 2024 to put the power of organized lawful violence back in his hands so he could wreak OUR justice on the people who usurped OUR collective authority over these matters.

Yes, some important things are happening in MANY areas. Too bad actual JUSTICE still is not one of those areas yet. Too bad J6 victims are still being told by the DOJ to fuck off when they ask for their records to be cleared.

The Mrs is going through another health setback and it’s making me cranky. I wish I could bear some of her pain load.

There some positives amidst the setback. It’s not all bad, but the pain load is high right now. I’ll share a little more and in a few days (not yet) ask those who are willing to join the extended Hammer family in a 24 hour fast. I’ve experienced many miracles from thoughtful and deliberate fasting & prayer, so that’s my go to when everything else I can do isn’t enough.

I’ve known Seth for years, and I’m proud to call him not only a colleague in this fight, but a dear friend.

One of the things I appreciate most about Seth Keshel is that his writing often goes deeper than politics. It comes from experience, faith, family, service, and a genuine love for this country.

This piece is a perfect example.

Seth shares a letter his father sent him while Seth was deployed in Afghanistan—a simple message from a Vietnam veteran reminding his son just how much we Americans have and how easily we can take it for granted.

Seth uses that memory to make an important point: freedom is not the natural condition throughout much of human history. It is precious, and preserving it requires perspective, gratitude, and work. He also reminds us to engage with those God has placed in our lives. Proverbs 27:17 (NIV) says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

On a day when we are remembering what America endured on September 11, I think that message is especially worth reflecting on.

Seth is one of the most intelligent, principled, hardworking people I know, but more importantly to me, he has been a loyal friend. I’m grateful for the many miles, conversations, battles, laughs, and lessons along the way—and I’m grateful for people like him who refuse to stop reminding Americans what we have and why it is worth protecting.
