BREAKING: The 9th Circuit Court has just ruled against Democrats and in favor of a new state law that requires election officials to REJECT voter registrations that don't come with proof of citizenship
The lower courts froze the law but the appeals court just reinstated it, "The district court’s May 2, 2024 judgment is therefore stayed to the extent that it bars enforcement of A.R.S. § 16-121.01(C)."
This is a MASSIVE decision for election integrity. I believe people like @elonmusk have brought many eyeballs to this big issue and the courts are responding appropriately.
