But here's what O'Keefe doesn't know.

The petition fraud is the surface. Underneath it is $3.5 BILLION in hospice fraud. Fake patients. Fake treatments. Real federal dollars — disappearing into shell companies across Los Angeles County.

Congress just launched a formal investigation. The House Oversight Committee sent a letter directly to Gavin Newsom demanding answers. California has revoked 280 hospice licenses. 300 more are under investigation. And that's just what they're admitting.
