EUROPEAN MARKETS, MILAN RECORD HEAVY LOSSES

Piazza Affari is firmly in negative territory. The major European bourses see similarly negative performance. Meanwhile, Wall Street is trading sharply lower, with the S&P-500 shrinking -3.03%.

Among the European indices, a black day for #Frankfurt, which sheds -3.31%, #London is in free fall, diving -3.14%, and #Paris drops like a stone, recording a -2.39 percent decline.

Investors rush to sell as the #Milan stock exchange ends with heavy losses (-3.32%); similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share is firmly in the red, finishing -3.23% down at 23,743 points.
Trading comes to a dramatic close for the markets of the Old Continent, including Milan, as they all finish in the red.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, #Frankfurt collapses (-2.91%), #London reels under sharp sell-offs as it declines -2.86%, and an ugly performance for #Paris, which registers a -2.68% loss.

In #Milan, the FTSE MIB plunges -2.99% to hit 20,705 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share ends the session down at 22,682 points amid massive sell-offs.

#Mutuionline sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -2.45% lower.
