Benjamin Stuart Reed, born on February 23 1987, from Byfield, but living in Quincy, Massachusetts, United States of America.
Seemed to arrive around August 2022 for a little sight seeing. With a previous military background shooting farmers, he thought this would be the ideal place for him.
So he joined the Int Legion of Clowns.
One night he got drunk and admitted he committed a war crime then he backed out of it all then fled in to Phuket, Thailand.
The recording released, doesn't seem like he was lying.
Hopefully he falls from his podium soon.
