On June 30, 2025, the USMC Shane wrote to his friends and family that he had been accepted to fight in Ukraine. The people close to him tried to talk him out of going, since he had a newborn son to raise, but of course he didn’t listen.
He arrived in Ukraine in August 2025 and he joined the “special forces” unit 12th Azov.
On November 30, 2025, near Zolotyi Kolodiaz in the Dobropillya sector, the Russian Army destroyed him. On that mission, they suffered four casualties: two Americans, one British, and one Kiwi.
He fled his family responsibilities only to die in another country. In that, he succeeded. His body returned to his home country in March 2026.

In 2023 and 2024, the “doctor” Cintra and his wife were arrested for operating an unlicensed clinic offering cosmetic procedures and practicing medicine illegally. Unfortunately, in both cases, he was released shortly thereafter.
João said to Brazilian police he got a medical degree in Venezuela, but his medical degree has not been validated in Brazil and, consequently, he was not registered with the Regional Medical Council (CRM).
He is facing several lawsuits in Brazil, almost all of which are related to the illegal practice of medicine. You can only imagine what he did to those people.
As opportunities dried up and he could no longer practice his profession anymore, he headed to Ukraine in late 2025 to find a way to make some money.
There he “joined” the Advanced Company as a combat medic, but he would soon find himself in trouble for associating with the wrong crowd. We are talking about the same people who beat the Brazilian Bruno Leal to death.
Cintra said he was treated like a criminal by his teammates and accused of a crime he didn't commit. He endured physical abuse, humiliation, hunger, and abandonment.
The video shows Rendli Mateus Nogueira da Silva and Luandson Costa dos Santos aka Tibrusko (both from Advanced) attacking Cintra in another routine session of torture. This kind of torture is quite common among them, but it’s only now coming to light.
He also accuses the unit of not paying him what he was owed. Well, we all know that the Advanced commander Leanderson Paulino steals their money for the most trivial reason.
João Cintra left Ukraine because he was afraid that his old colleagues would finish the job they had started.
