Few months ago Dan Bernal and Mark Richardson alias Mark Dewaele came to Ukraine with other US army veterans allegedly to help them through so called Grizzly Medical organisation.
Mark Richardson is 31yo from Worcester Massachusetts US where he left his family (wife and kid).
Dan Bernal, callsign Doc, is from Sacramento CA also US.
What did they do?

Seems we got an update via Twitter and AFU high command read Twitter, more than likely he got visit from SBU.
The last time someone actually complained to their commander, they got forwarded to the front line even faster.
AFU will arrive to Ryan and provide him with some airsoft knee pads and fingerless gloves like, Christopher Parry had.
He thought he was protected with this gear also, turns out it was all a gimmick. AFU are not even providing adequate plate carriers, you might as well be naked.
