Jan_H_CZ name is Jan Hoder also called Honza. He came to Ukraine in late February 2022. He runs Project Phoenix.
While in Ukraine, Hoder was all the time with Team4ukraine org mostly with Adam Sybera but also with Jan Sully Heřmánek (thats why we thought at first its the other Jan).
Jan Hoder is from Prague, Czech Republic and until recently was in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) area taking pictures with Adam.
Recent tweets suggests Jan Hoder fled the frontlines.

Sergio Martin Correa callsign Topo, from Motril, Spain.
Sergio arrived April 3rd 2022 and joined the International Clown Legion.
He contracted Tuberculosis in May and had to flee to Poland in June as the old man couldn't breathe anymore. He soon returned back to Spain for healthcare.
This just shows, a lot of the mercenary's who have went over to fight have been caught up with diseases from living in rotten conditions.
Sergio arrived April 3rd 2022 and joined the International Clown Legion.

Seems he has taken some form of injury which has put him out of action for a month in November, his most recent update, still didn't show if he can actually use his arm yet.
Hopefully he can't, but he's still in Kiev, living in the hotel with big Saint Javelin picture on it.
