Ellionay, better known by her nom de guerre, Leticia Rios, decided to embark on the journey to Ukraine after receiving advice from friends who were already there.
Before that, she was living in France, we don't know doing what exactly, but probably the money ran out and it was necessary to find a new means of survival.
In Ukraine, she joined the 13th Khartia Brigade, which has absorbed many Latinos, mostly Colombians and Brazilians.
After two months of training (just the basics), she was finally sent on her first mission, but as expected, it ended very badly for her group, with many dead. She got wounded, or at least that's what she let us believe. Sometimes they hurt themselves just to get out of that hellhole that is Kupyansk. Things aren't going well for Khartia, which is why they stopped mentioning the city.
She was part of the third group of foreigners destroyed in Kivsharivka in the Kupyansk region. We will post the obituaries shortly.
Two weeks ago she revealed the location of her safe house in Kharkov on social media. As a result, the safe house was attacked by a barrage of Shahed drones.
